A New Life Ranch LLC is located near Green Sea, SC on the state line, just a hop skip and a jump from Myrtle Beach. Want to go to the beach but not stay at the beach with all the craziness? Stay at our quiet, peaceful ranch!
Staying at ANLR offers:
1. Best of both worlds- Myrtle Beach is a short drive away. Stay at ANLR where it is a quiet and peaceful setting, off the beaten path with no neighbors. Animals and nature come first.
2. Accommodation Options- Barn Retreat, rent our RVs or bring your own to park in our large RV spots with full hookups. RV area is a pet friendly area in your own RV.

Rules and Regulations
As owners of ANLR LLC, we must accept the responsibility of enforcing the rules to insure everyone’s enjoyment, privacy, and safety. With that being said, we are laid back and do not get excited about telling others what to do. While here, have a great time and follow the golden rule and you’ll be fine. The following rules and regulations are to be observed by all members children and guests.
ANLR LLC is privately owned and we reserve the right to select our clientele and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Do to others as you would have done to yourself.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. These quiet hours are to be observed in all areas of ANLR LLC. Anyone making loud or disturbing noises in violation of ANLR LLC rules are subject to police investigation.
DRUGS/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Drugs, drunk, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated AND ARE IMMEDIATE GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL.
PETS: Non Aggressive pet breeds are welcome ONLY in the RV park area in your own RV. Please clean up after your pet. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Do not let your pet walk on lots belonging to others. Pets are not to be tied up and left unattended outside your unit. Pets should not be left inside your unit to bark or disturb others. Pets are not authorized within the working area of the ranch and the event area.
Failure to follow these rules or aggressive behavior by a pet will result in your pet having to be removed from the park.
FIREWORKS: For the safety of our owners and guests, the discharging of fireworks within the park is strictly prohibited. In N.C. most fireworks are banned anyway.
POND : Swimming is not permitted in pond or in drainage ditches. There is no life guard on duty and injury or death could result from this activity.
Sites should be kept in a neat manner at all times. If site is kept or left in a poor or “trashed” manner we will access a clean up fee that we feel is fair. Please leave them the way you find them.
